Our second spicy flavor for March is dark chocolate with jalapeño. Jalapeño is a bit milder — around 10,000 SHU — but it has a much richer flavor. I tuned this ice cream so that the heat feels just right for my taste. But give it a try and let me know if it’s not spicy enough for you. For the next batch, I might let my hand with the jalapeños slip a little.

The Crème de la Crème Ice Cream Museum shows over 3 centuries of ice cream history in the Czech Republic and around the world. On an area of 100 metres you will see more than 200 historical exhibits, two historical ice cream factories and a historical ice cream bar. You will learn how ice cream was made 100 years ago and how it is made today.
